Animal is a copy ability that debuted in Kirby: Squeak Squad. It is fairly strong, and one of its moves is an instant-kill grab attack. Its main feature is its ability to dig through dirt and some snow, unique to it and Triple Star, only obtainable at the end of the game.
The power is scarcely found without dirt around, and there is hardly any dirt without a Gaw Gaw around.
When mixing, Animal may appear if the bubbles are mixed eight times.
The copy scroll gives Animal an additional drill attack.
This power does not work underwater. Also, Kirby will make a scuffling noise while running.

| Kirby jumps forward. If he collides with an enemy & mid-bosses (with defeated), he will grab the enemy, slash it three times, and jump off. As with all grab attacks, it doesn't affect bosses.
