Battybat is a large enemy appearing in Kirby Mass Attack. His attacks are the same as a Gloomybat's.

Kirby Mass Attack
Battybat is an airborne enemy that attack the Kirbys by swooping and snatching one up in his jaws. When this happens, the other Kirbys have to attack him before he does sufficient damage on the Kirby he snatched. If Battybat misses the Kirbys, his jaws will get stuck in the ground, giving the Kirbys a chance to counterattack easily. Battybat first appears in Stage 4 of Green Grounds and reappears as a common enemy in Stage 7 of Dedede Resort.
Physical Appearance
Battybat is the largest in the long line of bat-type enemies. It shares many similarities with plain Gloomybats, but has a coloration similar to Battys from Kirby & The Amazing Mirror. It is a round purple bat with pink eyes, a massive red leech-like mouth, and little pink horns.

- Battybat is the only large enemy in the series to be introduced before the smaller versions.
