---|---|---|
The main projectile-based ability and staple of the series, Kirby gains the use of a boomerang blade that homes in back onto him after flying forwards. Kirby puts the blade on top of his hat when not in use, and the hat itself looks like a duck with wings at the side, and eyes which resemble Kirby's own. Because of the homing nature of the boomerang, jumping over the boomerang when it is returning causes it to overshoot backwards and take out anyone behind Kirby as well. |
Carrie | ||
---|---|---|
Carrie is the tenant in Apartment 202 in Dom Woole's apartment building in Quilty Square of Patch Land in Kirby's Epic Yarn. She offers a small collection of minigames where Kirby has to carry her to a certain location within a time limit, after Kirby decorates her room with the appropriate furniture obtained from the various Treasure chests in the game. Like all the other tenants, she sometimes visits Kirby in Kirby's Pad, and she offers a secret fabric after all his minigames and the main story has been completed. |
Zero | ||
---|---|---|
Zero is the final boss in Kirby's Dream Land 3 with power over Dark Matter. Little of Zero's backstory is given, so he has remained one of the series most mysterious villains. Zero is confronted only if Kirby collects all the Heart Stars, otherwise the game ends with what is commonly referred to as "the bad ending." The Heart Stars form the Love-Love Stick, which is used against Zero. Despite its defeat after the events in Kirby's Dream Land 3 (the 'good ending' is canon), 0² appears in Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards, the sequel to Kirby's Dream Land 3. |
