Slide Laser Robot is a large enemy in the Kirby series, debuting in Kirby: Triple Deluxe.
Physical Appearance[]
Slide Laser Robot is a red rectangular robot. It has yellow gears sticking out of its sides, and purple cogs on the its face, which resemble cheeks. Slide Laser Robot's eyes are yellow gears with red pupils and purple eyebrows. The robot has a triangle for a nose and a grill for a mouth, as well as four nozzles on its top that constantly spout jets of highly concentrated flame into the air.
One larger variant of Slide Laser Robot appears in Lollipop Land. It is purple and has more gears on its face, as well as a red mustache made of pieces of metal. It has purple pupils and five flame spouts rather than four. It behaves exactly the same as its red counterpart, however.

Kirby: Triple Deluxe[]
Slide Laser Robot only appears in Stage 2 of Lollipop Land and Stage 3 of Royal Road. It does nothing more than sit dormant, shooting jets of flame into the air above it. Kirby will take damage if he touches these geysers of fire.
Hypernova Kirby can slide Slide Laser Robot across the ground by inhaling and walking backwards. The robot's flames can melt Ice Blocks when directed underneath them. This feature of Slide Laser Robot must be used to acquire a Sun Stone.
Trivia[]
- If the ceiling above Slide Laser Robot is low enough to completely block out its jets of flame, the robot's normally angry expression turns sad and confused.
