Flotzo is a red octopus that replaces Squishy in Kirby's Dream Land's Extra mode. He has a glum expression on his face and two dots (one on top, one on bottom) on each arm. He is somewhat similar to Octacon and has a mouth like Octacon but with no teeth. He attacks just like Squishy but is stronger and faster.
Flotzo didn't appear in any game for a long time but he returned in Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble, then made a short cameo in the Kirby: Right Back at Ya! episode, "A Fish Called Kine", and eventually returned in the Revenge of the King sub-game in Kirby Super Star Ultra, once again replacing Squishy.
