Jungle Bomb is a somewhat rare pineapple-like enemy, and certainly one of the stranger foes Kirby has come across. Upon setting his sights on Kirby, he happily hops about in place and splits himself open and throws a bomb at Kirby. He may also set a bomb near Kirby, and then quickly retreats to safety and leaves Kirby open for an attack. If Kirby eats Jungle Bomb, he gets the Bomb ability. Occasionally he may also fling out a barrage of bombs at Kirby if he's close enough. He appears in Kirby Super Star and its remake.

[edit] Physical Appearance

Jungle Bomb is a jolly little pineapple-like foe. He wears a dark gray, spikeless pickelhaube (a helmet worn by Prussian firefighters, policemen, and military soldiers) and has four light gray leaves sticking out of his helmet. He has small burgundy feet and two little eyes on the front of his pineapple body. As a color swap, Jungle Bomb's helmet is dark olive green and his leaves are a lighter green.

Jungle bomb is based on the Mk 2 grenade, a grenade (Circa World War II) popularly known as the "Pineapple Grenade" because of its distinctive shape.
