Kirby no KiraKira Kizzu, sometimes referred to as Kirby Super Star Stacker or the direct translation Kirby's Sparkling Kids, is a Japan-only remake of Kirby Star Stacker for the SNES. In it, the main modes of play are Story, Time Attack, Round Clear, and V.S. mode.

It was released in November 30, 1997. It was copyright 1998.

As Mr. Star soars across the nighttime sky, Dedede gets an idea for a prank. He blasts Mr. Star out of the sky with his cannon, shattering Mr. Star into various pieces and scattering them across Dream Land. Kirby soon finds Mr. Star and agrees to help him get his pieces back.

  • Story: Progress through the games' main story.
  • V.S.: With a second controller, you can battle a friend in this mode.
  • Time Attack: See how many stars you can collect within 3 minutes.
  • Round Clear: Collect stars to defeat King Dedede.

In Story, every boss wields a star piece. Kirby must beat each boss in order to progress, much like in platforming Kirby titles.
