Metal's Flavour Text, Kirby: Squeak Squad

Metal is one of Kirby's Copy abilities. It was introduced alongside Bubble and Animal in Kirby Squeak Squad.

By inhaling a Metalun or one of its larger counterparts, Kirby becomes hard, rough, and impervious to nearly everything. The only downside is that Kirby moves very slow and his flight is also greatly hindered. But just walking into enemies inflicts steady damage to them, without taking any himself. In terms of design and abilities, Metal is comparable to the Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards Double Stone Combo Ability.

Metal Kirby isn't damaged by nearly anything- including spikes! So if the player can deal with the lack of speed, Metal can prove to be ideal for dangerous adventuring. Unfortunately, Metal Kirby's real weakness becomes apparent during miniboss and boss fights. Just walking into them doesn't damage them like regular enemies do, and his actual attacks prove to be quite weak as well.
