Pitch

Pitch is one of Kirby's friends who appears in Kirby's Dream Land 3. He is a bird like Coo, but smaller (and not an owl). He always looks up to Coo as he wants to grow up to be like him. He looks strained when he flies with Kirby, and his mother appears in Ripple Field Stage 5. Bringing Pitch to his mom will earn you a Heart Star. He is so far the smallest of the group in Kirby's Dream Land 3. He also made a cameo appearance in Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards as one of Kirby's forms while using the Stone Friends ability. Pitch is also the only Animal Friend of Kirby that needs to be carried.
During most of his combination attacks, he goes straight forward for some time, Though this is great for killing monsters off-screen or for long-ranged attacks it leaves Kirby vulnerable during the attack.
