Missing sections[]
We're still missing the KMA-exclusive elements; the Fruit Blocks, Spire Vines, Valves, Recovery Rings, and, of course, Spinwheel Flowers. Can someone else experienced in KMA info add those in? I'm trying to find out how many medals unlock what.--Starman125 Eh, nice armor. Uh, sure, thanks. 01:03, March 27, 2012 (UTC)
- Oh, right, make sure they also go under a "Kirby Mass Attack only" section. Add in Clams/Shells, Air Bubbles, and Blast Blocks under there too.--Starman125 Eh, nice armor. Uh, sure, thanks. 01:06, March 27, 2012 (UTC)

Major Overhaul[]
This page is good, but it's missing many environmental elements in games such as Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble and Kirby's Dream Course. The page has a few sections for KCC- or KEY-exclusive elements, but that doesn't cover other unique games like KMA or the aforementioned KTnT. On top of that, the page leaves a lot of people guessing about which elements elements are in specific games -- for example, do stakes appear in KNiD?
I am proposing a major overhaul of this page. I'm willing to do all the work myself, and I know it may take months to finish. Here are my proposed steps:
- Move all block- and bubble-related content to articles named "List of blocks" and "List of bubbles," respectively. There are so many blocks and bubbles in the franchise, it's not even funny. LoEE (List of environmental elements) will house links to LoB and LoBub.
- Move content from small environment-related pages to this place. We won't try to compress big articles like Cannon and Door into it, but LoEE will completely absorb Jerkweed, Mandola Root, Mine cart, Tilt Gondola, Spinwheel Flower, etc.
- Create a separate page for each game's environments. "List of environmental elements/Kirby's Dream Land" would contain sections for Door, Water, Explosive Coconut, Spikes, and Star Block, for example.
- Now to explain the relationship between the main LoEE page and the games' lists:
- Common elements, such as Wind and Water, will remain on LoEE. Basic information and information pertaining to specific games (ex: KMA's murky water and air bubble usage) will be copied to the respective game's list. A common element is one that appears in many games.
- Uncommon elements, such as Lamp and Grass, will remain on LoEE. Basic information and information pertaining to specific games (ex: KEY's lamps being lit by pulling on a button) will be copied to the respective game's list. An uncommon element is one that appears in only a few games.
- Unique elements, such as Grind Rail and Static Field, will only be found in game lists. They will contain all relevant information. A unique element is one that appears just a single game.
- If possible, I'd like the images in each game list to reflect that game -- no K64 Water pictures in the KSS list, for instance.

- Sounds like a good idea. Go on ahead and carry it out as you wish. Iqskirby It's my birthday!! (almost...) 15:52, October 25, 2014 (UTC)
- This sounds like a great idea! I know you could do it all by yourself, but I would be glad to do one or two of the games' pages for you. I could do 'List of environmental elements/Kirby's Dream Land 2' if you want. In short, I would like to help! Paul2 AHHHH! 12:15, October 22, 2014 (UTC)
- Thanks a ton! I bit off a little more than I can chew, I think. ^^' You have permission to edit the KDL2 section of my workshop. Your responsibilities will include researching the game (AKA watching a full Let's Play and jotting down all the elements present), finding as many KDL2 screenshots depicting elements as possible, and copy-pasting existing text from LoEE. Fine and dandy? NerdyBoutKirby Hey! I found it first, buddy! 02:00, October 23, 2014 (UTC)
- I too am also willing to help with this overhaul, whenever I get enough spare time. That's something I'm lacking quite a bit these days though, with school around, and other projects on this wiki I have yet to do. Don't know when I'll return to Triple Deluxe for guide content, as conquest mode in Smash Bros. makes that a little difficult. Iqskirby It's my birthday!! (almost...) 15:52, October 25, 2014 (UTC)
- You can take KA whenever you're ready. I appreciate the help, you guys. =] NerdyBoutKirby Hey! I found it first, buddy! 22:05, October 23, 2014 (UTC)
- I'm starting to have serious second thoughts on this project, actually. I mean, this is a TON of work, and work I'm not super passionate about. To pull this off, we'd need major dedication from more than three people. We've got our hands full enough with SSBBU and KatRC coming out, as well... Hmmm... NerdyBoutKirby Hey! I found it first, buddy! 20:11, October 26, 2014 (UTC)
- Yeah. Perhaps you could put the information gathered somewhere else that's out of the way that you can come back to later. Iqskirby It's my birthday!! (almost...) 23:20, October 26, 2014 (UTC)
One-time occurrences[]
There have been numerous entries here that have only occurred in a single game (or genre, a la Canvas/Rainbow Curse). You think they should just get their own pages? IqskirbyWhat? Haven't you seen a Santa Kirby before? 06:51, December 31, 2016 (UTC)
Categorize page[]
Considering the debatability of these having their own pages (for some reason, I recall Table Saw having it's own page, but I cannot find any evidence to back that up, be it redirects, deletion log, or "trying" to make the page, as it usually makes a prompt if it's been made previously), I've come up with the idea (that probably won't be established, likely with good reasons as to why) to give each section of this page a page of their own, but having a category "Environment." This page is basically an encyclopedia within an encyclopedia. Although I suppose one problem would be the lack of official names for some of these, but that's what the conjectural name template is for. Anyway, just an idea. IqskirbyWhat? Major Overhaul (Again)[]
Last time a major overhaul was proposed, we were apparently not in a good position to carry out this project. This time, although we still have some KSA stuff to do, we have a better chance. I propose we do what NBK suggested a few years ago, unless we can come up with a different solution. It’s not urgent, but since KSA and KPL elements need to be added, now is as good a time as any. I’m willing to do as much work as necessary, but if a few people (myself included), agree to divide up the work, it will probably go faster. Regarding Pop Flowers[]
I want to make a separate article just for Pop Flowers! There are a LOT of varieties of them that deserve to be catalogued, but it would be far too much for this Environment article, there are already some items here that redirect to a Main Page, so I'd like to do that, but when I try to make a new article called "Pop Flower" it just tells me there's already an article called that, and it redirects me to the subsection in Environment, what can I do so it will allow me to make a new page? Thank you. Aphid-Kirby Talk to me about creatures!. 21:39, March 15, 2022 (EST)
- Making a separate page for them is fine; I've been making an effort to do that for everything on this page (albeit slowly; getting sidetracked sometimes). You can go to the redirect page and edit that to "make" the Pop Flower page. Make sure it has enough content to be worthy of a full article; if that can't be done in a single edit, consider making yourself a workshop to work on it over time before properly publishing it. - Hi!! I have succesfully made the page! Pop Flowers However I have 2 questions, 1, it doesn't seem like my edits of this new page show up at all in the "Recently Edited" tab, I wonder if it means the article is hidden to some people for some reason? Is there a fix for this? And the 2nd question, is there a way to change the name from "Pop Flowers" to "Pop Flower"? (without the s) Thank you!
