I wish HAL would bring this guy back in a new game. Then they could make him make more sense. Why would a NINJA give Cutter? If they wanted a Cutter mini-boss, they should have made a big lumberjack or least Hack from Kirby 64.
I know, I think HAL made him a midboss at the wrong time. Heh heh. FinnAwesome
