Togekuki (To-tenga in Japan) is a cactus like creature which is an uncommon enemy appearing in Kirby's Return to Dream Land. It's a small, orange sphereical creature with a single eye and three pink spikes protruding from its head. They sit atop large green vines with pink spikes. In order to defeat a Togekuki, the green stem it sits on must first be destroyed. Togekuki doesn't attack and merely serves as an obstacle to block Kirby and his friends' progress. If inhaled, a Togekuki will grant Kirby with the Needle ability. Its name literally translates to stem thorns.
