Hello, I'm here to share some boss fight ideas. Hopefully it's interesting enough to inspire someone!
1 - Shadow Blade/Dark Dyna Blade[]
I'm pretty sure that Dyna Blade isn't commonly talked about, but thinking about fighting a mirrored version of her would be awesome. With her metal wings, a sharp claw that acts like a sword and her amazing beak, who wouldn't want to fight her after only making a few appearances or cameos in the games?
Despite how edgy it sounds, fighting a "Dark Dyna Blade" or Dyna Blade herself in the next game would be awesome and nostalgic to a lot of players. This would make them think "Hey, It's the rainbow bird I defeated when I was still 8 years old!" or "Isn't that the bird who nearly killed King Dedede? Oh, how I missed the anime."
Walking down memory lane combined with sheer awesomeness and an epic theme would be amazing.
2 - Galacta Soul[]
Yes. We will be fighting another soul related boss. Except it will be the soul and will of the strongest warrior in the galaxy. Since I was shocked at the twist in Guest Star ???? Star Allies Go! I was left with this idea.
What if Morpho Knight started being "useless" to Galacta and wanting to fight Kirby himself.
Not with armor, not with weapons, not with an almighty being, but with his own soul to prove the warrior he is.
It would be nice if the fight was also related to new attacks, like stars or monuments moving and shooting towards Kirby to his command, or the ground shaking. You know, he's destroyed worlds before, why not make one like his own?
(insert evil but knightly laugh)
Other than having abilities like a pro, It would also be interesting if it was part of the plot, unlike most Soul Bosses. I'm a guy who likes plot better than none at all.
3 - Miracle Matter Returns[]
Yeah, I know a lot of people weren't big fans of Miracle. But all I know is that the concept of his fight is amazing. Miracle Matter combines strategy, aim, hardcore music, old nostalgic statistics and eyeballs. Basically what a Kirby game is all about, and we need to combine it into one boss.
Miracle Matter, or at least, a boss similar to him would be an awesome idea. I miss it when bosses were hard and took forever to beat, and then made players so mad that they threw their device away.
This would also challenge new players who rely on copy abilities too much. I've always seen people using Marx (KSA) or Hammer in games. Star spitting is a hard practice, but it was also the practice back then.
4 - 03[]
Yes. The boss you've all been waiting for me to say.
The eyeball that bleeds and grows wings and a cactus and a halo. It's 03!
He's the dude who we expect to be the epic final boss behind it all. We all expect this epic battle to be a fight to be amazing. And I wouldn't wait either.
The thing we're also waiting to hear is a believable backstory. For years, people always believed that Kirby was a game with all sparkle and no substance. But bringing a plot explaining it all would satisfy these people and probably attract a few more.
Maybe it could even skyrocket as a game much more famous than the current Indie Games or something. Kirby games also have everything: except for a plot. It seems that what Nintendo is planning with this butterfly might be big, minor, or even absolutely freakish. But if it's related to 03, I bet everybody in the Kirby fandom is excited. Or maybe, the butterfly is just something else, and 03 is just waiting in the corner....
5 - Drawcia[]
We can see that Nintendo liked Kirby Canvas Curse to the extent of making a remake, like how they remade Super Star Ultra. (But Rainbow Curse was much more surprising and creative due to it's claymation). We can also see remakes of her such as Paintra, Vividra and Yin Yarn (possible inspiration).
